Before delivery, 30 yuan/ticket shall be paid for changing the address (it cannot be 100% guaranteed that the address can be changed). If the address of the transfer center is changed or the goods are delivered, the fee shall be charged according to the actual quantity of goods and the full amount shall be reimbursed.
