Description:We are able to supply sugar, urea and cement at a lower price then any other supplier in the market. We have purchased our own allocations and can sell at a lower price to buyers of the same products. We sell over a billion dollar worth of cement, urea and sugar monthly. Minimum order on cement, urea and sugar is from 20k - 30k monthly and very large orders of 50 million mt and up.
We must have all of the following details before we can go on with any order. We are having so many orders that we would not dare change our procedures.
1. Buyer sends loi or icpo and fresh bcl that must include target price, cif, port of delivery, quantity,
2. Seller sends signed sealed fco to buyer
3. Buyer signs seals and returns to seller
4. Seller sends signed sealed draft contract
5. Buyer counter signs contract
And here are the sellers procedures within the body of the fco and contract
1. Pop from seller provided after receipt and confirmation of non operative financial instrument from buyer via bank's swift or courier service.
2. Seller puts up 2% performance
3.100% payable at site
4. Buyer pays by either fully funded transferable revolving dlc or a sblc or bg top 50 bank only
5. Shipment commences as per contract.
