TX03?is a Hexamethoxymethyl melamine resin (HMMM), which shows high reactivity to polyfunctional coating resins. The curing rate of TX03 can be accelerated in presence of a small amount of acid catalyst. In comparison with butylated amino resins, only one-half amount of HMMM is required to achieve the superior physical properties of cured coating,including flexibility, stability, and impact resistance. Furthermore,as a methylated amino resin of high solid content, TX03 is a very suitable crosslinking agent for high solid content waterborne and organ-soluble coating resins. JH03 has been widely applied in PCM, automobile enamel and can coating.
